• Heart of Service Groups have no fees for participating.

• Website Design & Editing has an hourly rate of $80.

I find counseling is most impactful when meeting on a weekly or biweekly basis. We will find a consistent time that works with your availability & budget.

I do not accept insurance at this time.

I accept debit or credit cards, PayPal, checks or cash.

Many health insurance plans offer partial or full coverage for out-of-network providers like myself. Please contact your insurer and consider the following questions:

• Does my plan offer any “out-of-network” insurance benefits for mental health?

• What is my annual deductible and has it been met?

• What is my “co-insurance”?

• Do I need prior approval or a referral in order to receive reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care?

Insurance companies require a diagnosis for mental health services, manage your health records, and may request access to your information and progress. You could face a high deductible for in-network services and have more out-of-network services than you realize. Additionally, specialized therapists may not be in network, limiting your options.
